Fannie Anne Elizabeth White, daughter of Hezekiah White and Mary Ann Elizabeth Hudnall, was born 2 July 1862 at Warren County, Kentucky.

She married 1 May 1881, Benjamin Wand Spencer. Benjamin W. was born 23 December 1859.

They were parents of eight children: Laura B.; Delbert D.; Florence B.; Elbert C.; Carrie P.; Samuel K.; Charley H. and Warren J. Spencer. "The second son, Delbert D. Spencer was the mayor of Bowling Green. Benjamin and Fannie Spencer operated a hotel at Woodbury from about 1900 until the mid1920's."

Fannie Anne Elizabeth died 17 January 1943, at Warren County, and Benjamin Wand Spencer died 10 April 1933. This couple was buried at Mt. Pisgah Church Cemetery below Riverside, Warren, Kentucky.
