Ruby Belle Cherry (1911-2000)

Ruby was born 5 May 1911 at Warren County KY, the daughter of Allen A. Cherry and Annie D. Lamastus. She married Ned Stringfield 25 Nov 1931 at Bowling Green KY. They were the parents of 7 children. Ned died 10 Dec 1995, at Bowling Green. She died 9 Dec 2000. She was buried at Cherry's Chapel Cemetery, at Richardsville KY.

Ruby was a double Taylor, the granddaughter of William Harrison Cherry and Elizabeth Grace Manning. William was the son of Allen A. Cherry & Margaret T. Wilkes. Allen was the son of William B. Cherry and Frances Taylor. On the Lamastus side, Annie D. Lamastus was the daughter of Bedford M. Lamastus & Sarah M. White, daughter of William Lawson White and Charlotte Taylor.
